How It Works

Frustum chocolate: wide base Ø29.5 mm (gold bottom), narrow top Ø21.5 mm, height 17.2 mm.

  1. Bulk Hopper & Silicone Leveler: Meters a single-layer stream onto the feed chute.
  2. Ø600 Centrifugal Cone Bowl: Aligns pieces single-file along the outer rim onto the takeoff belt.
  3. 16.5 mm Cliff Selector & 180° Return: Upright pieces pass straight to outfeed; inverted/sideways pieces tip over the cliff, flip 180°, and recirculate.
  4. Delta X S D800 (3-Cup Head · 100 Picks/min): Sequentially picks 3 upright chocolates on the moving belt and places 3-at-a-time into 3×4 blister trays.
